Better Sweep Symphony is a one-man operation, when you book, you get me, not a rotating team or a different face each year. I turn up at the time agreed, sheets down before I touch anything, and I don't leave until the job's done properly.
I check the whole flue before a brush goes anywhere near it, how it's drawing, whether there's any cracking, nesting or damage to the pot. If something needs more than a sweep, I'll tell you plainly there and then rather than let it wait for next year.
I keep a note of when I last swept each customer's chimney, so if you're not sure when yours was last done, there's a good chance I already know. Give me a call and I'll get you sorted.
