Rats and mice traced back to their entry point, baited and trapped, then the gap sealed for good.
I start by working out how rats or mice are actually getting in, not just where you've heard them. That means checking the loft, under kitchen units, around waste pipes, and the drains outside, rats travel through drainage far more than people expect, so that gets checked every time. Once I know the route in and where they've been active, I bait and trap accordingly rather than guessing.
Once the numbers are down and activity has stopped, I tell you exactly what needs blocking up, a gap by a waste pipe, a broken drain cover, whatever it turns out to be, so it doesn't just come back in a few months. I'll come back if needed until it's properly sorted.

I could not recommend Lee highly enough! We started hearing rats in the house, something we definitely didn't want! Lee was able to come out quickly, he's polite and professional, took good care in the house and carried out a thorough survey, identifying where they were coming from (the outside drain) and how they were getting inside (a hole by the bathroom waste pipe) as well as where they had been inside (under a kitchen unit and in the loft) He baited the drain and put traps in the loft. He caught three rats and since then we've had no more. He's given advice about permanently blocking their entry point. Am so happy they were dealt with quickly! Thank you Lee
