I'm Lee, and I run Crane Pest Control out of Burstow, covering homes and businesses across Surrey. When someone calls me it's usually because they've heard something in the walls or found a nest they don't want to go near, so I try to get out quickly, have a proper look, and tell them plainly what's going on before anything else happens.
The bit I take most care over is working out where a problem is actually coming from, checking drains, tracing entry points, looking at where activity has been rather than just where it's been seen. It's the difference between clearing something once and it staying gone, versus dealing with it again in a few months.
I'm fully insured, work weekends when people need me to, and always give a fixed written quote before I start. I don't leave a job until I'm satisfied it's actually been sorted properly, not just made to look tidy for the day.
