Drains are one of the most common ways rats get into a property, coming up through a broken pipe, a missing cover or a gap around a waste connection. As part of a rodent job I inspect the drain run itself, not just the parts of the house you can see activity in, because treating inside without dealing with the drain usually means the problem comes straight back.
Where the drain is the entry point, I bait it directly and flag any damage or gaps that need fixing so the route is closed properly, not just controlled.

Great service. Friendly, efficient, informative, skilled and fair priced. We had multiple wasp nests that needed to be removed. Crane Pest Control was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
I could not recommend Lee highly enough! We started hearing rats in the house, something we definitely didn't want! Lee was able to come out quickly, he's polite and professional, took good care in the house and carried out a thorough survey, identifying where they were coming from (the outside drain) and how they were getting inside (a hole by the bathroom waste pipe) as well as where they had been inside (under a kitchen unit and in the loft) He baited the drain and put traps in the loft. He caught three rats and since then we've had no more. He's given advice about permanently blocking their entry point. Am so happy they were dealt with quickly! Thank you Lee
