Some problems in a flue simply can't be seen by eye - a hairline crack in a liner, a partial blockage, or old jointing starting to fail. A camera survey lets me see the full length of the flue and check its actual condition, not just guess from the outside.
I'll talk you through what the camera picks up and whether it needs anything doing. If it's fine, you've got peace of mind. If it's not, you'll know exactly what the issue is before any work starts.
