Do you give fixed quotes?
Yes, enquire and I'll give you a free quote before any installation or repair work goes ahead, so there are no surprises.
Are you insured and qualified?
I'm a fully qualified and registered installer, and fully insured for all the sweeping and stove work I carry out.
How long does a sweep or stove install take?
A standard chimney sweep usually takes under an hour. Stove installations and flue liner jobs take longer depending on the setup, and I'll give you a time estimate upfront.
How do I know if there's an underlying problem with my chimney or stove?
As part of every sweep I check the condition of the chimney and stove, and I can carry out a flue camera inspection if we need a closer look at what's going on inside.
