Do you give fixed quotes, or could the price change once you start?
Every job gets a fixed written quote after I've inspected it, so you know the price upfront. I don't add surprise charges once work is underway.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I'm fully insured and stand behind every job I complete. If something isn't right after I've finished, I'll come back and sort it.
How long does a typical chimney sweep or vent cleaning take?
Most chimney sweeps or dryer vent cleanings are completed in a single visit. More involved jobs, like repairs or duct cleaning, are scoped out during the survey so you know what to expect.

That's exactly what the free survey is for. I inspect the chimney, liner, dryer vent or ductwork thoroughly and tell you honestly what I find, rather than assuming the worst or the best.
