Treating the mould itself is only half the job, I always look at why it's there first, whether that's condensation from poor ventilation, a leak, or damp coming through a wall. Treating the surface without dealing with the cause just means it comes back in a few months.
On site, affected areas get cleaned down and treated with a fungicidal wash, then finished with anti-mould paint where it's going to help. I'll also talk you through practical changes, extractor use, drying washing, trickle vents, that make the biggest difference to whether it returns.
