Once the damp or mould problem itself has been treated, there's often plaster to replace, skirting to repair or a ceiling to make good. I carry this out as part of the same job so you're not left with a room that's technically dry but still looks like it's had work done to it.
This covers everything from patching a small area to re-plastering a whole wall, followed by decoration to bring the room back to a finished state. The aim is that once the job's done, the only sign anything happened is that the damp problem is gone.
