Hi, I'm based in Nailsea and cover damp and mould problems across North Somerset. Most people call me once they've already noticed something's wrong, a patch on the wall, a musty smell, black spots creeping across a bedroom ceiling, and want to know what's actually going on rather than a guess.

Every job starts the same way: a proper inspection with a moisture meter and a camera, not a quick look and a quote. I check outside as well as in, because so much damp inside a house traces back to something happening on the wall outside, guttering, render, pointing, ground levels. You get a written report with photos so you can see exactly what I found.

I work on homes, rental properties and commercial premises, and I'm just as happy doing a one-off survey for a house purchase as I am carrying out the treatment and making good afterwards. All work is fully insured, and I'd rather tell you a job doesn't need doing than talk you into one that doesn't.
