Every job is different, so I always carry out a free inspection first and then give you a fixed written quote. You'll know exactly what the work will cost before anything starts — no hidden charges, no surprises.

Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, I'm fully insured and all treatment and proofing work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. If the problem returns within the guarantee period, I'll come back and deal with it.

How long does a pest treatment take?

That depends on the type and scale of the infestation. Many treatments, such as wasp nest removal, can be completed in a single visit. Rodent infestations may require two or three visits to treat the problem fully and carry out proofing. I'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.

I don't just treat what's visible — I investigate and find the root cause. For rodents, that means tracing entry points and proofing them once the infestation is cleared. I'll explain everything I find and make sure the underlying cause is addressed, not just the symptom.
