What happens when I call County Pest Control?
I'll ask a few quick questions about what you've seen, then arrange a convenient time to come out and carry out a thorough inspection. I'll identify the pest, find out how they're getting in and assess the problem fully before recommending a course of action. There's no obligation and no call-out fee.
How much does pest control cost?
Every job is different, so I always carry out a free inspection first and then give you a fixed written quote. You'll know exactly what the work will cost before anything starts, no hidden charges, no surprises.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I'm fully insured and all treatment and proofing work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. If the problem returns within the guarantee period, I'll come back and deal with it.
How long does a pest treatment take?
That depends on the type and scale of the infestation. Many treatments, such as wasp nest removal, can be completed in a single visit. Rodent infestations may require two or three visits to treat the problem fully and carry out proofing. I'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
How do you make sure the problem doesn't just come back?
I don't just treat what's visible, I investigate and find the root cause. For rodents, that means tracing entry points and proofing them once the infestation is cleared. I'll explain everything I find and make sure the underlying cause is addressed, not just the symptom.
