Wasp and bee nests turn up in awkward places, underground next to a pond, packed into an air vent, tucked behind a soffit. I find the nest first, whatever it takes to get to it, including clearing soil or vegetation if it's buried. Once located, it's treated and removed, and I stay on site afterwards to make sure there's no more activity before I head off.
I'll explain what I'm doing at each stage so you know exactly what's happening and why. Where I can, I check back in afterwards, often the next morning, to confirm the treatment has worked and there's nothing left flying about.

I had a wasp nest in a large underground hole next to my fish pond. Carst Pest Control came out the very same evening. The nest was in a particularly awkward location, so Tafadzwa had to carefully dig away vegetation and soil to locate it. After treating and removing the nest, Tafadzwa stayed to make sure there was no further wasp activity before leaving. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in great detail, which I really appreciated. The following morning, he even sent me a text message to check whether I had seen any further wasp activity.
