Every conservatory starts with a survey of the house and the space available, checking access, drainage and how the room will sit against the existing brickwork. The base and frame go in first, then the roof, glazing and doors, with the finish matched to the rest of the property so it reads as part of the house rather than an add-on.
On site the build is sequenced to keep the house weathertight at every stage, and any cabling or plumbing that needs to run under or through the base is planned before the base goes down. The last stage is fitting out the doors and windows, connecting the electrics, and clearing the site.
