Every install starts with a visit to the property, not a quote over the phone. We look at room sizes, wall construction and where the outdoor unit can realistically go, then specify a system that matches the space rather than oversizing it. The written quote that follows covers the full job, so there's nothing added once work has started.
On the day, pipework is run as discreetly as possible and boxed in where it crosses a wall or ceiling. The outdoor unit is sited and fixed properly, refrigerant lines are pressure tested, and the whole system is commissioned and run through with you before we leave, controls explained, filters shown, and any questions answered.
