Hi, I'm Sue — and I genuinely love looking after your dogs
I set up Vip Dog Grooming because I wanted to create a place where dogs are treated as the special family members they are. Every dog that comes through the door gets my full, undivided attention — handled calmly, at their own pace, with kindness from start to finish.
I've worked with a huge range of breeds over the years and I understand that each one has its own coat, its own temperament and its own quirks. Whether your dog bounces in full of energy or takes a little more reassurance, I'll always take the time to make them feel at ease before we get started.
Dogs leave here happy and smelling beautiful — and their owners keep coming back. That means everything to me. If you'd like to book your dog in, just give me a call and I'll be happy to have a chat.

What grooming services do you offer?
I offer a full range of dog grooming services including full grooms with breed-appropriate styling, bath and blow-dry, nail trimming, de-shedding treatments, and a gentle puppy introduction groom. Just get in touch to talk through what your dog needs.
How do I book an appointment?
Simply give me a call on 07734 318617 and we'll find a time that works for you. I'm available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. It's always helpful to know your dog's breed, coat type and any particular needs when you call.
How much does a groom cost?
Prices depend on your dog's breed, size and coat condition, so it's best to give me a call for an accurate price. I aim to keep things very reasonable — you'll find my prices are fair for the care and attention your dog receives.
How long will the groom take?
It varies depending on the breed and the service, but most full grooms take a couple of hours. I'll always give you a rough time when you drop off, and I'll call you when your dog is ready to be collected.
My dog is nervous — is that okay?
Absolutely. I take things at your dog's own pace and never rush. Nervous dogs are very welcome here, and I find that with calm, patient handling they quickly start to relax and enjoy their visits. Just let me know when you book and I'll take extra care.
Where are you based and which areas do you cover?
I'm based in Bridgwater, Somerset (TA6 5AS), and I see dogs from across the local area including North Petherton, Cannington, Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Taunton, and beyond. If you're not sure whether I'm convenient for you, just give me a call.
