I design and build bespoke insulated garden rooms and offices from my base in Bath. Every project is handled personally — from the first site visit, through design and groundworks, to the day I hand over the keys to your finished space.
Quality matters at every stage. I use natural cedar cladding and high-performance insulation as standard, and I won't cut corners on the build because these structures need to perform for years. Every garden room I build is properly foundations-up — not a flat-pack dropped in your garden and forgotten.
You'll receive a clear, fixed written quote before any work begins. From that point, I manage the whole project — groundworks, joinery, glazing, electrics — so you have one point of contact throughout and a tidy, well-run build from start to finish.

What is the process for getting a garden room built?
It starts with a free site survey where I visit your garden, understand how you want to use the space and advise on design and siting. I then produce a detailed design and a fixed written quote. Once approved, I manage the full build — foundations, structure, cladding, glazing and electrics — through to handover.
How much does a garden room cost and do you give fixed quotes?
Every garden room is quoted individually after a free site survey, as size, specification, groundworks and finish all affect the price. What I always provide is a clear, fixed written quote before any work begins — so you know exactly what you're paying, with no surprises during the build.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I am fully insured. All work is completed to a high standard and backed by a workmanship guarantee. I stand behind every build and remain available after handover if any questions or concerns arise.
How long does it take to build a garden room?
Lead times and build duration vary depending on the design complexity, specification and current order book. During the free site survey I'll give you a realistic timescale — and once a start date is confirmed, I stick to it. On-time delivery is something customers consistently highlight in their reviews.
Do you help with planning permission or finance options?
Many garden rooms fall within permitted development rights and don't require a planning application, but this depends on your property and the size of the build. I advise on this during the free survey and can guide you through the process if an application is needed. Finance is not something I arrange directly, but I'm happy to discuss phasing or specification to suit your budget.
