About Core Pilates Studio

A calm, attentive space to move, strengthen and feel good

Hi, I run Core Pilates Studio in Bristol, and I opened this space because I believe Pilates should be genuinely accessible to everyone — whether you've never set foot on a reformer or you've been practising for years. You'll find a calm, welcoming environment here where you can work at your own pace and feel supported from day one.

Every class is kept deliberately small so I can give you real attention — watching your form, guiding your movement and making sure you always feel comfortable. Students tell me they notice changes not just in their core strength, but in their posture, their energy and how they carry themselves day to day.

The studio is based in Bristol's BS8 area, with classes running Monday to Saturday. If you'd like to come along, just get in touch and I'll help you find the right session to start with — no experience needed.

Do I need Pilates experience, or is it suitable for beginners?

No experience is needed at all — beginners are genuinely welcome here. There are sessions designed specifically for newcomers, and even in all-levels classes every movement is clearly explained so you always feel confident and supported.
