I cannot recommend Terry highly enough. I had been dealing with a leaking roof for quite some time, and the water coming through was damaging my ceiling and ruining my furniture. I had already spent a lot of money trying to get the problem fixed, but nobody seemed able to solve it properly. From the very beginning, Terry was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. He reassured me that he would get the job done properly, and he did exactly that. The quality of his work was outstanding, and for the first time in a long while, I finally felt that the problem had been genuinely fixed. I had become extremely anxious about the situation and was worried that my ceiling might collapse because of the water damage. After so many failed attempts to fix the problem, I felt traumatised and overwhelmed. Terry took the time to explain everything clearly and repeatedly reassured me that nothing like that was going to happen. His advice, patience, and kindness helped ease a lot of the stress and anxiety I had been carrying. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He kept checking that I was okay throughout the process and made sure I felt reassured every step of the way. He treated me more like family than a customer, and that level of care is something you rarely find. Terry also gave me a very fair and reasonable price. He went out of his way to keep the costs as low as possible while still carrying out the work to the highest standard. He never cut corners, and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. He told me that if anything happened in the future, I should not worry because he would come back and put it right. That level of commitment and aftercare is very rare these days and gave me complete peace of mind. After spending so much money on previous repairs that never solved the problem, Terry finally fixed it properly. His workmanship, reliability, honesty, kindness, and dedication are second to none. Found Terry excellent…..arrived promptly and carried out repairs…to the extent of finding other issues that I wasn’t aware of….would totally recommend him and will definitely use him again should the need arise. Would give him above five stars if possible.
